To us, your trust is every bit as important as our quality of work, which is why we don’t do hidden costs – and the rates we do charge are always fair. Here’s how it works:

• £30 an hour if you bring your device to us
• If we come to you, the first hour is £40 (then £30 for each following hour)
• Our rates are charged in half-hour blocks – so 1 hour 17 minutes, for example, is charged at 1 hour 30 minutes
• If we’re at yours, we’ll happily stick around when the job’s done and work on anything else you might need for the remainder of the half hour
